To serve as a fast and experienced Head of North American Market Expansion, driving rapid business growth, securing high-value partnerships, and acquiring enterprise strategic accounts for both Minderest and Reactev projects.


πŸ’» Key Responsibilities


  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within North America, focusing on strategic markets and establishing corporate agreements with international groups headquartered in the region.
  • C-Level Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, supporting them in addressing their critical priorities and driving fast sales growth.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, demonstrating a strong hunter mentality.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner with C-level executives and senior managers, offering a 360-degree vision of their needs and opportunities.
  • Client Conversion: Convert viable prospects into active Minderest clients, including industry leaders (Enterprise customers - Tier 1 companies).
  • Business Growth: Drive rapid business growth and demonstrate strong business acumen in a fast-paced tech environment, with a focus on enabling hyper-growth in North America, including Canada.
  • Brand Awareness: Grow the awareness of Minderest in the North American market, focusing on GTM strategies and building the TAM.
  • Sales Forecasting: Create predictive and reliable sales forecasts to inform strategic decision-making and drive growth.
  • Outbound Techniques: Highest priority on leveraging outbound strategies to maximize reach and impact, including the use of social and modern selling tools.
  • Self-Determination & Adaptability: Exhibit a high degree of self-determination and adaptability to change.

  • Language: Native English speaker; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in fast-paced business development roles, preferably in SaaS. Experience in tech companies and retail/manufacturers is highly advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, familiarity with MEDDIC, consultative selling, and GTM strategies.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot), Google Suite, outreach tools, and sales Engagement platforms.
